How do I place an order?


Ordering online at surfingberry.com is easy. From the View Checked Items, Outfits or product pages, simply select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Cart. Once you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart button at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, then click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.

How does real time inventory work?


Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping cart will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become "Out of Stock" before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the shopping bag, where the item will display an "Out of Stock" message. To proceed with your Checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or remove the product completely from your shopping cart. This usually occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.

Why are products removed from my shopping cart?


A product can be removed from a customer's shopping cart if it was saved in the bag during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the cart in the next session.

How do I pay for my order?


For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover/Novus), as well as Paypal.

Is my credit card secure?

How quickly will my order be processed?


All domestic orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon), Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 4 - 6 business days upon credit card validation. Standard delivery shipping takes 12 - 16 business days after order processing. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and may take up to 25 business days for delivery.

When does my product arrive?


Surfing Berry offers a worldwide free shipping policy. In order to offer this to you for free, our delivery times are a bit longer as usual. The processing time of a product is around 3 to 5 business days and is delivered to your door in about 14 to 25 days. We always provide you with a tracking link to track your purchase.

When will my credit card be charged?


Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is submitted. The funds will be held by your bank, which may affect your account balance. Surfing Berry is not responsible for overdraft fees. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time the order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?


SurfingBerry.com now ships outside of the U.S. and Canada. We make it easy to shop outside the U.S. and Canada with all prices in USD. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. We offer low international shipping rates with guaranteed landing costs and no additional charges at delivery.

How do I find what I'm looking for?


If you know the product(s) you're looking for, simply enter the description or the style number into the search box at the top of each page. You can also browse items by collection or product category.

How much can I purchase of a single style?


We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style excluding "stock accessories"), per color, per customer, regardless of size of the merchandise. We also reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy. We may modify this policy at any time for any reason and we may make exceptions to this policy, as we deem appropriate.
